You can either take the Volvo ride which is mostly night drive from Delhi to Manali, and hence you reach Manali on day 2 morning where you first check-in at the hotel, rest for few hours and the visit local Manali city after lunch.

2nd option is to get a private cab from Delhi to Manali, and either choose the same night drive ir leave for Manali from Delhi by morning and reach by evening, 10-12 hour drive.

Similarly from Manali, you get evening 5 pm to 10 pm departure Volvo bus and reach next day morning. With a can you can choose to leave for Delhi by morning, visit Kullu & Naggar on-route and reach Delhi by night.
