Rajputana Cabs Delhi Unit, taxi rental fare calculation
The below taxi rental fare calculation is only for outstation tours like Delhi-Shimla, Delhi-Manali, Delhi-Agra, etc, and not for local sightseeing or pick/ drop facility.
Cab fare for 1 day in a sedan (like Suzuki Dzire Car)
- Rs 10 per km and minimum 250 km per day fare = Rs 10 x 250 km = Rs 2,500
- So, if in a day, total km driven is below 250 km, the cab fare will be Rs 2500
- And if total km driven is above 250 km, let’s say 400 km, then cab fare will be Rs 10 x 400 km = Rs 4000
Cab fare for 2 day in a sedan (like Suzuki Dzire Car)
- Rs 10 per km & minimum 500 km for 2 days fare = Rs 10 x 500 km = Rs 5000
- So if total km driver in 2 days is below 500 km, then you need to pay Rs 5000
- And is total km driven is above 500 km, lets day 600 km, then cab fare will be Rs 10 x 600 km = Rs 6000
Cab fare for a 4 days trip of Delhi-Shimla & back to Delhi:
- Four days fare will be for 1,000 km (250 km x 4 days)
- And thus, minimum cab fare will be Rs 10 x 1,000 km = Rs 10,000
- But the total km driven in 4 days Delhi Shimla is around 800 km
- Still cab fare will be for 1000 km, as our cab is booked for 4 days (1000 km x Rs 10 = Rs 10,000)
Cab fare for a 4 days trip of Delhi-Manali & back to Delhi:
- Four days fare will be for 1,000 km (250 km x 4 days)
- And minimum cab fare will be Rs 10 x 1,000 km = Rs 10,000
- But the total km driven in 4 days Delhi Manali is around 1400 km
- So, cab fare for 4 days will be for 1400 km x Rs 10 = Rs 14,000
Extra charges:
Apart from cab fare, you need to add 2 extra expenses, which are:
- Driver allowance: Rs 200-300 per day driver allowance in cabs and Rs 400-500 per day for Tempo traveller
- Toll & State taxes: As toll & state taxes are different as per different cities, so we suggest Rs 500 per day average as toll & state tax.
- Parking: All parking charged needs to be paid by the guest and only for those sites where the guest has visited on trip dates.
So, for a 4 days tour from Delhi, do add Rs 250 x 4 days = Rs 1000 as driver allowance, and Rs 500 x 4 days as Toll/state tax.
