Per day itinerary of our 12 days/ 11 nights Char Dham Yatra from Pune
Day 1:
Arrive at Delhi IGI Airport from Pune. You will be picked up by our driver at the airport and proceed for a 4-hour drive to Haridwar. Overnight stay in Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
Day 2:
After your complimentary morning breakfast at the Haridwar hotel, check out and leave for Barkot, which is 200 km (5–6 hours) from Haridwar. Overnight stay at the booked Barkot hotel.
Day 3:
After breakfast, we will:
- Drive towards Janki Chatti
- Approx. 1 hour 30 minutes drive from Barkot
- Start a 5 km trek to Yamunotri Dham
- Arrive at Yamunotri Dham in 2–3 hours
- Take a dip at Surya Kund (optional)
- Have darshan of Yamunotri Dham
After darshan, return to Janki Chatti (approx. 2-hour walk), then sit back in the cab and the driver will drop you at the same Barkot hotel for rest and overnight stay.
Day 4:
After a complimentary breakfast at the Barkot hotel, check out and:
- Leave for Uttarkashi
- 90 km (2–3 hour drive)
- Check in at the booked hotel
Later, visit the famous Shree Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.
Day 5:
After a complimentary breakfast at the Uttarkashi hotel:
- Leave for Gangotri village
- 96 km (approx. 3-hour drive)
- Walk 500 meters from the parking area
- Have darshan of Gangotri Dham
After darshan, return to the parking area, sit back in the cab, and proceed to your Uttarkashi hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 6:
After a complimentary breakfast at the Uttarkashi hotel, check out and:
- Leave for Guptkashi
- 251 km (approx. 8-hour drive)
- Check in at the Guptkashi hotel
Later, visit Vishwanath Temple and Narayan Koti Temple. Overnight stay in Guptkashi.
Day 7:
Wake up at 4 AM, and:
- Leave for Sonprayag
- 50 km (approx. 1 hour 15 minutes drive)
- Take a shared cab to Gaurikund
- By 7 AM, start the 16 km trek to Kedarnath Dham
It may take 8–10 hours to reach Kedarnath. We recommend resting overnight at Kedarnath base camp and having darshan the next day.
Day 8:
Wake up again at 4 AM and try to have darshan of Kedarnath Dham by 6–7 AM. After breakfast, visit:
- Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi
- Bhairavnath Temple
After lunch or by noon, begin the return trek to Gaurikund (6–8 hours). From Gaurikund, take a shared cab to Sonprayag. From there, the driver will drop you at your Guptkashi hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 9:
After a complimentary breakfast at the Guptkashi hotel:
- Leave for Badrinath
- 200 km (5–6 hour drive)
- Check in at the hotel for an overnight stay in Badrinath
Day 10:
Wake up at 5 AM and visit Badrinath Dham for morning darshan. Later, visit nearby places like Mana Village, Tapt Kund, Bhim Pul, and Vyas Gufa. After 3–4 PM, leave for Rudraprayag (150 km / approx. 4-hour drive) for an overnight stay.
Day 11:
After a complimentary breakfast at the Rudraprayag hotel, check out and:
- Leave for Rishikesh
- 136 km (approx. 4-hour drive)
- En route, visit Panch Prayag (confluences of rivers of Alaknanda and its tributaries)
- Overnight stay in Rishikesh
Day 12:
After a complimentary breakfast at the Rishikesh hotel, check out and:
- Leave for Delhi Airport
- 250 km (4–5 hour drive)
- Your Yatra concludes here
