Best starting city for Rajasthan tour from Pune.
Jaipur for flights as it has 3 direct flights and also for train as it has three trains that run 2-3 times in a week for Jaipur. Plus you can also take a direct flight to Delhi & Ahmedabad, as both are 4-5 hour away from 2 major cities of Jaipur (Delhi to Jaipur), and Udaipur (Ahmedabad to Udaipur).
This 70% of Rajasthan tour starts from Jaipur, 25% from Udaipur and 5% from Kota, which has Nzm Duranto train that runs twice from Pune & takes less than 14 hour to reach Kota, which is 4 hour to Jaipur & 6 from Udaipur.
Thus below Rajasthan itinerary starts from Jaipur and also finish here, and with departure options from Kota, Ahmedabad, Jaipur & Delhi.
Come to Jaipur via train or flight, and enjoy a half day sightseeing tour of Jaipur. Today we will take you to City Palace, Hawa Mahal, Govind dev ji temple, local pink city markets & Birla temple. Night stay Jaipur.
Today you will 1st visit Amber Fort, which is the most visited tourist site in whole Rajasthan, and then visit Jaigarh/ Nahargarh Fort & Jal Mahal before lunch.
Later you will visit Albert Hall Museum, Patrika Gate & by late evening visit Chokhi Dhani village theme park, a must visit destination for travellers visiting Jaipur for the 1st time. Nigh stay Jaipur.
On day 3, after your breakfast at the hotel, you will checkout & leave for Udaipur. From Jaipur Udaipur is 400 km drive and takes around 7 hours.
And on route we will stop at Chittorgarh to visit Chittor Fort.
Chittor Fort is a UNESCO world heritage site and one of the largest forts in whole India. Its a popular tourist attraction and just 100 km before Udaipur.
By night you will reach Udaipur & check-in at Udaipur hotel.
Our Udaipur sightseeing tour will start with trip of City Palace of Udaipur which is still managed & promoted by the royal family of Udaipur and is one of the most beautiful palaces in whole Rajasthan & 2nd biggest palace in India.
Later you will visit Jagmandir island, Jagdish temple, Saheliyon ki bari, Lake Palace y Taj (optional), Bagore ki Haveli, Shilpgram, & local bazars of Udaipur. Night stay Udaipur.
Today after your complimentary breakfast at the hotel in Udaipur, you will checkout and leave for Jodhpur which is 240 km drive from Udaipur.
Normally it takes 4 hour to reach Jodhpur but we will visit some places on route and reach Jodhpur by night. These sites are:

Along with a trip to these 3 sites you will visit Mandore Gardens, Rao Jodha Park & explore the market of Jodhpur like Clock tower market. Night stay Jodhpur.
Sam is a desert area, one of the best in whole India, where you will first check-in at the booked desert camp, and later enjoy desert safari activities (Camel & Jeep safari), and other activities like quad bike on dunes, paragliding, etc.
By 7 pm you will come back to camp and enjoy a 2 hour musical dance program with dinner, and rest for the night at the booked desert camp.

Then in city we will visit the Jaisalmer Golden Fort, or as locals calls in Sonar Quila. This name came as the whole Jaisalmer Fort, which is like 30% of complete Jaisalmer city is made up of yellow limestone and when the 1st ray of sunlight touches it, it sparks in golden colour.

Inside the Jaisalmer Fort, you will visit Nathmal Haveli, Salim Singh Haveli, and the most famous mansion, Patwon ki Haveli. These haveli are 300-600 year old mansion of that time business men and important court members, and are so beautiful that its visited by thousands of travellers everyday.
Other sites to see in Jaisalmer are Cannon point, Bada Bagh, Vyas Chhatri, Gadisar lake, local fort markets and do checkout the puppet show organized by a histories of Jaisalmer, Mr NK Sharma. Night stay Jaisalmer city.
Today we will leave for Bikaner before 9 am and reach there 3 pm, as Bikaner is 330 km and 5-6 hour drive.
Upon reaching here, we will first visit Karni Mata Temple in Deshnok, just out side Bikaner and Junagarh Fort, which are the two main attractions of the city. Later we will explore a few more sites. Night stay Bikaner.
On day 10 we will leave Bikaner and head towards Jaipur, which is 330 km and 5 hour drive. Upon reaching Jaipur you can either plan your departure or plan departure next day and reach Ajmer, which is 280 km from Bikaner and visit:
- Ajmer Sharif dargah, Ajmer
- Maharana Pratap Statue, Ajmer
- Ana Sagar Lake Ajmer
- Brahma Temple, Pushkar
- Pushkar Lake
- Rangji temple.
Night stay Ajmer, and on day 11 leave for Jaipur which is 130 km and 2-3 hour drive from Ajmer.
