Question 1: Which is the best time to visit Shimla to see snow?
Answer: The months of December, especially after 20th to January, have the best chance to see snow. Plus you can also visit Narkanda & nearby hill stations which have more chance to see snow.
Question 2: How much will it cost for a 2 days complete Shimla hill station sightseeing, including Kufri?
Answer: The basic fare, which is of Alto car, for 2 days Shimla Hill station sightseeing is Rs 2500 taxi fare. Here on day 1, you can visit Shimla Mall Road, Lakkar bazar, Christ Church, The Ridge etc. And on day 2, visit Kufri, and on route visit Jakhoo ji temple, Summer Hill, Annandale.
Question 3: Which other hill stations I can visit near Shimla?
Answer: Manali is 250 km away from Shimla, and you can plan a 2 days/ 1 night trip to here, where you will reach Manali with a night drive, reach by morning, rest till lunch time & explore local Manali on this day, and next day visit Rohtang Pass, Atul Tunnel/ Sissu Lake, before coming back to Shimla, which you will leave by 4 pm.
Apart from Manali, the hill station of Kasauli is just 70 km drive to Shimla, and is also a popular hill station near Shimla & Chandigarh.
