Tour itinerary:

Day 1: Mumbai to Jaisalmer arrival (via flight/ train) and later pick up from our driver. Then rest till lunch time & later you will visit::

  • Bada Bagh
  • Vyas Chattri
  • Gadisar Lake
  • NK Sharma Puppet Show

Day 2: Jaisalmer Fort Sightseeing and later desert safari & camping, which also include 1 night stay in Sam sand dunes (45 km from Jaisalmer city). Today sightseeing will be of:

  • Patwon Haveli
  • Salim Singh Haveli
  • Nathmal Haveli
  • Cannon Point
  • Local markets
  • Jain Temples of the fort

Later by 4 pm, you will arrive at Jaisalmer Camp, and enjoy:

  • Camel & Jeep Safari
  • Sam Sunset Point
  • Rajasthani Belly Dance & Music
  • Buffet Dinner at Camp

Day 3: You will checkout from the camp, after a complimentary breakfast and go for a day trip to:

  • Longewala Post
  • Tanot Mata Temple

Longewala & Tanot Mata Temple are 110 km drive from Jaisalmer city, and by evening you will  be back to City where you will check-in at the hotel.

Day 4: On day 4, before dropping you at Jaisalmer Railway Station or Airport (Departure from Jodhpur possible), we will show you:

  • Tazia Tower
  • And try Ghotua Ladoo at Dhanraj Ranmal Bhatia Sweets

Note: Jaisalmer tourist season is from September to March, as Camos of Sam are closed in summer months. Though you can still visit Jaisalmer city and also enjoy Camel/ Jeep safari in Summer.

There is also an annual festival, Jaisalmer Desert Festival, held in February which you can attend.

Plus apart from Sam, you can also enjoy safari & camping at Khuri which is 50 km from Jaisalmer city, and famous for its camel safari and luxury camp stay.
