Please note that the above fare is for basic but good hotels which charge Rs 1000 per person, per night and you can get the list of hotels to choose from.
If you require a bit better hotel, then you can book hotels available for Rs 1600-2000 per person, per night.

Kedarnath Dham Yatra is challenging, and every year more and more travelers are visiting Baba Kedarnath, as more arrangements are being prepared by the local government. Currently, only 15,000 people are allowed to visit Kedarnath Dham, and thus, we always suggest our guests complete the registration process before coming.
Since the temple is built at a glacier site, we suggest bringing good-quality warm clothes, basic cold medicine, and starting the yatra from Gaurikund by max 10 am, as the temple gets closed by 9 pm. However, you can still have the next day morning darshan which starts at 4 am.
For a stay at Kedarnath Dham, only Dharamshala and Camps by GMVN are available, the latter one is from the Uttarakhand government and quite good.
