Details of our Tempo traveller (16 seater) rental:
1. Advance for booking
We ask for 10% of the total booking amount or 1 day’s fare if our tempo traveller is rented for an outstation trip. Guests can pay via UPI or cash at our office in Vijay Nagar, Indore. The remaining payment will be made during the trip.
2. Tempo Traveller booking inclusions & exclusions
When you hire our 16-seater tempo traveller, we offer two types of fares. The first is for 1-day local Indore sightseeing, such as airport pick-up/drop, a local sightseeing tour, or corporate pick-up/drop. Here, we offer an all-inclusive fare, which includes tempo rental, driver allowance, and all parking charges.
For outstation trips, we charge the tempo fare based on 250 km per day (minimum charge) multiplied by the per km rate, plus Rs 300–500 per day as driver allowance, toll tax, parking charges, and state tax if traveling outside M.P. You can share your complete itinerary, and we can offer a discounted all-inclusive tempo traveller fare.
3. Trip to Ujjain & Omkareshwar
The trip to Ujjain & Omkareshwar is a minimum 2-day trip where we offer a 500 km package (more than enough). In 2 days and 500 km, you can visit both holy cities, and the fare will be approximately:
- Rs 24 × 500 km = Rs 12,000 (tempo fare)
- 2 days driver allowance: Rs 750–1000
- 2 days toll tax: Rs 500
- 2 days parking: Rs 300
- Total: Rs 13,500 approx. (all-inclusive) & discounts available

Q1: How much advance is required to rent your 16-seater Tempo Traveller in Indore?
Answer: If it’s for a local Indore or nearby 1-day trip, then 10–25% of the booking amount is required. If it’s for an outstation trip, then 1 day’s fare is required.
Q2: How many people can sit in your Tempo Traveller?
Answer: This is a 16-seater model, which has 12 + 1 individual seats and a back sofa where 4–5 people can sit, making the maximum capacity 17–18 people. However, it is comfortable for 16 people only. You can ask for images of the inside view or come and see our Tempo Traveller in Vijay Nagar, Indore.
Q3: What is the fare for local Indore or for a trip from Indore in your 16-seater Tempo Traveller?
Answer: If you are hiring for local Indore, then it’s Rs 6,000 all-inclusive for a day (8 hours / 80 km limit). If it’s for a trip from Indore of 1+ days, then the tempo fare for 1 day will be (Rs 22 × 250 km) = Rs 5,500 per day, plus Rs 400–500 per day driver allowance, all parking charges, toll tax, and if visiting outside M.P., then state tax. However, if you can share your complete itinerary, we will provide an all-inclusive fare at a discounted price.
