Answer: On normal days, we offer Rs 22 per km for our 12-seater Tempo Traveller, which comes to approximately Rs 5,500 per day. Additionally, Rs 300–500 per day is charged as driver allowance. Toll charges and parking are to be paid by the guest during the trip.
Q2: How many people can sit in your Tempo Traveller?
Answer: We offer 12, 16, and 29-seater options. Our 12, 17, and 21-seater Tempo Travellers can comfortably accommodate guests. For groups of 20–35 people, we also provide a 25-seater Tempo Traveller in Indore at Rs 30 per km.
Q3: What minimum running do you charge for an outstation trip from Indore in your Tempo Traveller?
Answer: Our minimum running for all outstation trips from Indore is 250 km per day. For example, if you book our Tempo Traveller for 8 days, the minimum chargeable distance will be (250 × 8) = 2,000 km. If the total distance travelled exceeds 2,000 km, say 2,100 km, then the additional 100 km will be charged extra.

Q7: What is your booking & cancellation policy for Indore Tempo Traveller rental?
Answer: For booking, we require either 1 day’s fare or 10% of the total amount (whichever is higher) as advance payment. The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the driver in equal installments during the tour. For example, if the total tour amount is Rs 25,000 for 5 days, you can pay Rs 5,000 per day to the driver.
